ارزیابی میزان بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی بر اساس مدل استاندارد تعالی منابع انسانی(APEX ) و مدل اچیو ( مورد مطالعه:یکی از شرکت‌های دولتی همدان )

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر " ارزیابی میزان بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی شرکت و ارایه راه‌کارهایی در جهت ارتقاء سطح بهره‌وری" است. این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده که در سال 1393 در یکی از شرکت‌های دولتی همدانانجام گرفت. جامعه مورد مطالعه این پژوهش شامل کارکنان یکی از شرکت‌های دولتی همدان است. حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه130 نفر می‌باشد. در این پژوهش از دو مدل برای اندازه گیری بهره‌وری شرکت استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه اچیو و پرسشنامه مدل استاندارد تعالی منابع انسانی(APEX) است، که روایی پرسشنامه ها با کمک اساتید و کارشناسان مورد تایید و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه اچیو 85 درصد و برای پرسشنامه مدل استاندارد تعالی منابع انسانی 95 درصد تعیین شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون های نرمال، کولموگروف- اسمیرنف، تک نمونه‌ای، فریدمن و آزمون های آماری توصیفی استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده از دو مدل مذکور نشان می‌دهد وضعیت بهره‌وری منابع انسانی در شرکت در حد متوسط می‌باشد، به نحویکه در مدل اچیو از متوسط کمی کمتر و در مدل استاندارد تعالی منابع انسانی از متوسط کمی بیشتر می‌باشد.که این امر نیازمند برنامه ریزی و توجه مدیران شرکت به بهره‌وری منابع انسانی در شرکت است.
